Coming up on this episode of the Hip Hop Report….Rapper Lil Fizz talks about life after B2K…..Yung Joc drops a few pounds and skateboard crew Board Bangers is making hip hop history!!! All that and more coming up next on the Hip Hop Report.

Rapper Lil Fizz is keeping the ball rolling after the disbandment of his group, B2K. We recently caught up with Fizz and he told us what he’s been up to since the break up of one of the biggest boy bands of the decade:

Being a young rap star has its ups and downs. Fizz shares some of the lessons he’s learned as an entertainer:

Fizz is now down with Fo Reel Entertainment, a company headed by hip hop vet Cudda and rap star Nelly. His new solo album “Payday” features appearances by J Boog, T-Pain and Sean Kingston and is available now.

Have ya seen Yung Joc lately? The platinum rapper has dropped some pounds and is ready for action. Joc explains:

Yung Joc’s 2006 debut New Joc City went platinum and he released his second album “Hustlenomics” on Bad Boy South/Block Entertainment this past summer. Heavy hitters such as Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, The Game, Bun B and Trick Daddy have all touch down on it. Yung Joc had this to say to those who are trying to make it in the rap game:

"Board Bangers segment"

Be on the look out for the Board Bangers. These four kids out of Long Beach, California not only have skills on the mic…they can do some pretty cool tricks with a skateboard as well. The teen rap and skate crew is also making monumental moves by releasing 2 debut albums “Skateboard Thug” and “The World Aint’ Ready For This” simultaneously and releasing videos to each track on both albums! Wow…those kids are busy! Lets check out a clip from their “Cause The Beat Is Hot” video:
