Hip Hop OG Ice T recently made hip hop news when audio of him dissin rapper Soldier Boy hit youtube. On the audio, Ice claimed the young rapper single handedly destroyed hip hop.. Although Soldier Boy returned the dis on Youtube , Ice T ended up coming back with an apology:

In Sports news….former Buffalo Bills tight End Kevin Everette recently received the Jimmy V Award at this year’s ESPY’s for his amazing recovery from a neck and spine injury he received during a tackle on the football field. Some feared he’d never walk again but Everette put those fears to rest when he took his first steps. Kevin is now walking and giving back to the community. He tells us more:
